Bought my old Note 3 and never looked back. Rather, it encrypts data and hides it from the operating system. I asked what I was suppose to do? They said "Go buy another phone" and hung up on me. A standard Samsung Galaxy factory reset does not erase all data from your phone. I asked them why they forced it out? I asked for them to roll it back to a functioning system. They said that I should never have installed that update.

That update was followed rapidly by 3 more updates that finally made my phone functional again. On the other hand, if it asks us to access with an account, the problem is that we did not have it. If it opens normally, it will mean that we had it active. Now we will have to touch on Secure Folder. How do I recover deleted files from my Samsung Secure folder First, open Settings on the phone Then select the Backup and Restore option Now choose Restore.
Then go to the section Biometric data and security. Once the smartphone starts, restore the backup that you had generated before formatting the Samsung Galaxy. Then I got an update that turned my phone into a brick. Swipe up or down with one finger to access the Apps screen. Ues you woukd be fine foing factory reset. Then a replacement of all my contacts.Trying to back my apple up, I had on each successive attempt: I have had LESS problems with backing up my secure data on my Note 9 than what I ever had with backing up my REGULAR data on my iPhone years ago. I backed my phone up yesterday and when I was finished, my phone put a warning up across the screen yelling " DON'T FORGET TO BACK UP YOUR SECURE FOLDER!!!" One click and my secure folder was backed up. This thread is well over a year now and still popping up.
